Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damaged item before it has been worn or used. These photos help us understand if the issue happened during packaging, transport, or something else outside your control. Once the damage is confirmed, we’ll be happy to repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you. We do not accept returns for damage that occurs after the item has been worn, altered, or misused. All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
